I am 30 years old and I am here to discuss my plight with you on this platform. Actually since last 4-5 days I have been suffering from constipation and irregular bowel movements. I have tried a few medications for my condition but nothing works out. Now, I would like to know from you as to what is the treatment for these irregular bowel movements? Waiting for your replies!
