From yesterday I am suffering from high temperature and vomiting. Doctor diagnosed me with dengue fever. Currently the medicines that I am taking are nonsteroidal anti inflammatory agents aspirin and acetaminophen. But I am not feeling any improvement as far as my disease is concern. So I want to ask from you people, is there any other best treatment available for this disease? And how much time it will take to cure?
