I am 27 years old and for the past few days I have been getting a white discharge that is thick and has a cottage cheese appearance. The infection is causing itching and irritation in the vagina. I am also encountering burning while urinating. I think I have been infected with vaginal yeast infection so I would like to know from you as to how to treat vaginal yeast infections?
