A friend of mine had really bad shingles on his neck, and would always scratch them. They were really red and really looking bad. Now his neck is really stiff and he can’t even feel if someone touches it. He doesn’t want to go to the hospital to get it treated because he doesn’t have health coverage and he doesn’t want to be in debt. What will happen if it’s not treated? Please help.
