I am 62 years old so I normally take 2 miles morning walk daily. I bought new shoes yesterday but today after walk now I have blisters all over my feet. I have counted at least 10 on both feet; it is painful to walk at all now. What can I do? Anything to help with pain and maybe help them go away faster, I’m miserable please help! Are they because of my new shoes if yes than what kind of shoes I prefer for my walk?
