This is the basic symptom of obesity if you have the B.M.I. (body mass index) of 30, then it means that you have started growing fat in your body. Your body mass index can be calculated by dividing your weight (kilograms, kg) by the squared of your height (in metres). If your B.M.I is below 18, then you are under weight, or in between 18.5 to 24.9, then normal, and above 40 or higher mean extreme obesity. If your height is under 5’2″
Then small body frame, wrist size will less than 5.5″
For medium, wrist size will vary from 5.5″ to 5.75″
And for larger body frame, wrist size over 5.75″
If your is height is 5’2″ to 5′ 5″
Small body frame, wrist size less than 6″
For medium, wrist size lies between 6″ to 6.25″
And for large body frame, wrist size over 6.25″
Or the height is above 5′ 5″
Then small body frame person will have wrist size less than 6.25″
For medium, wrist size 6.25″ to 6.5″
And for larger, wrist size over 6.5″

If your height is above 5′ 5″
Small wrist size will vary from 5.5″ to 6.5″
Medium wrist size will be between 6.5″ to 7.5″
And for larger body frame person, wrist size will above 7.5″
3. Difficulty in sleeping:
Difficulty in sleeping is general symptom of obesity. This sleeping topic may be evident as snoring, beside heavy sweating and feeling of always being hot. This is due to heavy deposits of fats around your body. This fat can lock in heat and make it tough for heat to escape out of the body to cool down itself.
It means lack of energy, abnormal drowsiness, dullness which includes loss of appetite. It can be associated with depression, lack of motivations and concern. This can mean it is difficult for you to perform physical action, or that you rapidly become short of breath after insignificant physical hard work. Obesity is a major cause for breathlessness and sometimes acute chest pain also, so you are advised to bring down your weight to a standard level by following a healthy diet and working out vigorously, or it becomes too late and give rise to other serious health problems which may ultimately lead to death.
6. Big belly (abdomen):
Large abdomen (white or purple marks are present sometimes) is clear sign of obesity, resulting in an increase in the waist size. It is important to note that big abdominal obesity is not bound only to the people of older age but also occurs in the younger ones and even in toddlers. Breast region adiposity also occurs in case of boys, along with flaccid fat in the thighs and upper arms.
7. Early arrival of puberty:
According to a latest research, early arrival or puberty risk of being overweight. It’s the chemicals in the food and water that cause this rash of early puberty, along with hormonal disturbances, abnormalities in menstruation and early menarche in girls. In case of males, the testicles and penis may appear disproportionately small.
