I am 34 years of age. I work for a private bank. I am a high blood pressure patient for 6 years now. I have no other problem otherwise. But recently I am having this odd tingling sensation in my hands and feet. Its not a constant problem but a kind of on and off one for me. Its more pronounced whenever I am sitting and doing anything. My friend says that this could be a symptom of poor blood circulation or some kind of heart related problem. Is he right? I want to know the tingling in hands and feet cause?
