I am 26 years now.One year back I noticed a lump near my testis.I went for an ultrasound of this lump which confirmed that it was a testicular cyst.It gives me some pain intermittently but the pain is never continuous.I had asked my doctor for its surgery but he is waiting for it to get enlarged.It has not increased in size since one year but thats not my problem.What I am concerned about is if this testicular cyst can cause impotence in me?
