Do you have any suggestions to cope with female athlete triad?

Well, I am a dedicated female martial arts student aged 15 and sometimes I think I over-exercised and try to cut down on food so that I am able to perform better. I used to have no period for months, eat too little for my size, often feel too tired and can’t concentrate on what I do. Sometimes I also have bruises on my arms for no obvious reasons. Sometimes my blood sugar drops and I have to eat dates or some sweet stuff to stop myself from shivering. Do you have any suggestions to cope with Female athlete triad? Please give me the remedy if you have previous experience with this kind of treatment.
