My grandfather is facing this terrible health problem. He has some bowel problems. Even if it gets better for a few days the problem comes back. Sometimes he is not able to clear his bowels at all for two days. Sometimes he has to go to the toilet so many times in a day. So it is getting very irregular with his bowel movement. He smokes too ad wont quit either. What would you guys suggest about that?
