Can someone suggest me some natural pain relievers?

I am 32 years old and I am here for my cause. I am an arthritis patient for quite some time now. All the deformation of my limbs has taken place some 4 years and now I am left with the management of my disease. My deformed joints pain me a lot and I used to rely on anti-inflammatory medicine for myself. I was using naproxen previously but it had a number of side-effects so it had to be discontinued. Now I want to rely on natural pain relievers for myself. I want to know about some natural pain relievers?
