I am in a serious problem whenever I take lantus solostar about 20-22 units at bedtime, my sugar level always drops to 50-100 points and it has to be at about 180 before I go to sleep. Also fast acting insulin doesn’t work for 3 hours after taking it and I can’t talk to anyone about this. The doctor has no clue what’s going on and I get scared to go to sleep because I get low blood sugar levels when I wake up. Any advice ?
