Well, I am 17 and I have been training for around a year now I have noticed some improvements in physical appearance and strength. I don’t do body building, all my workouts consist of 15 very controlled repetitions, I suppose in some of them I get a bit carried away with the weight I choose and do some workouts with improper form. I need proper guidance on health training. Could you suggest something on health training and diet? I need quick help on this.
