Hi everyone! I am 30 years old and I work in a public sector company. My job is a sitting job where I have to carryout all my work just by sitting at one place. So you all would have guessed by now that I am having a lifestyle which is defient in physical activity. Now to my problem my digestion has gone very poor in last 2 months and from the past one week I am having a mild stomach pain with bloating. What could be the possible causes of such stomach pain and bloating?
