Are there some specific exercises for eye health of 19 years old?

Lately, I have been suffering from eye strain and although I do use anti-glares while working on my laptop, I am not getting any positive results. After my doctor advised me to include vitamin A supplements in my diet, I thought it might help me, but the strain seems to be prevailing. I try to close my eyes frequently when working over system, and try not to stare at the screen for a long time. Nonetheless, I am keen on knowing about some eye health exercises that are feasible enough to be performed at my workplace. Can some eye-expert please advise me aptly? I am 19 years old, and I don’t want to wear spectacles so early, hence, please advice?
