Small Red Dots On Skin-Treatment?

I am a mother and my child is 8 years old. I want to discuss his condition here with all of you. My child is having small red dots on skin for the past 3 days. I dont know what could this be due to. My child often plays in the garden so these red dots could be a sign of insect bite or these can also be due some skin infection. I want to know the treatment for small red dots on skin?
