I am 21 years boy today while playing in school I had fallen from stairs, that time it was not paining much but when I reached home I bent down and I felt a pain in centre of my lower back, I felt like it was my spinal cord that was hurting. As soon as I changed my position the pain was gone and I haven’t experienced it again. What is the cause behind it I fear that it can be a slipped disc symptoms. Please help and suggest me to cure it?
