I have rashes on my left hand and they are worrying me a lot. I have used many skin ointments but they are still the same. I also know that skin cancer makes rashes on our skin and therefore, I am so much depressed. Should I consult a doctor about this? And how would one knows if he/she has skin cancer? Will the doctors be able to say yes, I have skin cancer through a mere look at my arms? Is it something one can’t see with the human eye.
