Can anyone share some tips for good health?

I am a fitness freak and I can compromise with everything else but not with my fitness. For me my health is wealth and to get a good health is all you need to be happy. I hit the gym regularly and do workouts. Not only this, I go out for morning walk and all this has helped me a lot to sustain my good health. I know a little about healthy living although I love to be fit. So, can you please tell me at least 5 tips for good health?
