I am 35 years old and I used to be an athlete. But after my pregnancy I have given up the sport. My physical activity has declined and so has my fitness in last two years. Now to my problem I have been feeling pain, a kind of burning sensation, with tingling radiating from the lower back and upper buttock down the back of my thigh. This is causing me leg pain. Is this sciatica pain? I want to know the treatment for it?
