I have recently got my CBC done and my platelets’ count was very low. Doctor told me to follow the medication for anemia. He suggested me to buy neumega injection and come next morning for medication. I have searched about the injection on internet and found that this injection may produce side effects. But I have no idea whether it is effective in low blood platelets or not. Would you suggest neumega to me? Please tell me about its possible side effects?
