hello there! I am 25 years old and I am in college. I am into all kinds of sports in my college be it football, basketball or cricket. Yesterday while playing cricket I got seriously hit on my right knee which didn’t show much pain at the point of impact but now I have ended up with a swollen knee. I am taking rest at my home and I want to know some remedy for my swollen knee which is effective?
