I had done almost all the things for recovering from sciatica but am still unable to do so. In the starting my doctor told me that it will not take more than one month to recover from this pain. But now it is almost two months and my problem is still there. I had tried medicines like codeine, vicodin, and morphine. Now my doctor is telling me that I need a back surgery for recovering from this disease but I don’t want it because after the surgery I have to take bed rest for at least two months. So I want to ask you people why I have not yet recovered from sciatica? And is surgery the last treatment left now?
