I am a 40 years old man who now a days facing some problems regarding health. I have been witnessing Pounding Heart from some time ago. It is creating issues with me as I always feel jittery and some sort of problems always keep surrounded with me. I think that my eating habits too are not bad as I have my meals on time and have also not got any bad eating or drinking habits. Can anybody say me about the causes of it and what should be the possible meausres taken to cure Pounding Heart?
