I am 23 years old. I was living a well settled and healthy life all these days untill two days back. I had some headache for which I took aspirin. From that day onwards I am having abdominal pain with swelling. I am having serious stomach upset with nausea and complete loss of appetite. I think it is due to the aspirin which I had taken, Or this could be due to some other reason as well. Its very serious as today I have passed bloody mucus in stool. can this be colon cancer?
