This is that one question which I feel the womanhood might be lingering at. I desperately want to know the answer of this question that I why do I get cramps before period. Sometimes it is just intolerable and the pain is so very tormenting that I curse myself of being a woman. Tell me how to overcome these cramps so that the next time it doesn’t happen before period. Suggest some good answers and that’s what i am expecting.
