Should I Go For Procalamine?

Hi everyone! I am 27 years old and I want to discuss my condition here with all of you. I had a road accident last year in which I suffered a serious back bone injury. I was on bed rest for 3 months after getting discharged from the hospital. I have become very lean and thin in these days due to my lack of activity and body protein catabolism. I want to know if procalamine would help? Should I go for it. Tell me its benefits?
