I am 28 years old and for the past one week I was having very high fever with weakness. I had lost all my appetite and there was pain in my joints as well. Then I went for my blood test which showed that I have a very low platelet count. I want to know for myself about the low platelet count causes? Am I suffering from some kind of an infection like dengue? Waiting for the answers!
