I am 25 years old and my wife is 24. She had her delivery just 3 weeks back. She is the mother of a healthy baby boy now. Ok thats not all, whats her real problem is that she had very painful perineal tear while delivering the child and its still giving her troubles. Last night she was in pain and also she had soaked her bed sheet. I want to know the treatment for this perineal pain?
