I have this knee pain from many years now and I used to take pain killer for this pain. One of my relatives told me that it might be a patellofemoral syndrome symptoms and he told me that risk factors in patellofemoral syndrome include overuse, trauma, muscle dysfunction. I am bit scared now can you guys share some more patellofemoral syndrome symptoms?
