Whenever I fold my legs, I hear a noise at the knee. Why is this happening to me ? Why do parts of the knee make noise that noise ? I am overweight by only four kilos, could this be the reason ? What should I do about it ? It doesn’t hurt but I can feel that something gets rubbed against each other inside the knee whenever I fold my legs.
