I am 21 and diagnosed with osteopenia and my back is in bits. For the past 6 weeks, I have had very bad back pain particularly at the top of my back between my shoulder blades. I went to doctor yesterday and he said I could have osteopenia, an early form of osteoporosis due to my weight. I am very worried about my condition, what should I do. Please help.
