Hi there! I am 42 years old and I am suffering from high blood pressure problem. Its an on and off problem for me but its there and it gets me into trouble 2-3 times in a month for sure. I have been managing my high blood pressure through diet, exercise and verapamil. But verapamil had such bad side-effects that it had to be discontinued. Now I have to use norvasc, I want to know as to how to use it and it’s side effects?
