I am 45 years old and I am a bank employee. Just 1 month back I have diagnosed with high blood pressure. The doctor used one instrument to measure my blood pressure and told me that it was 140/100. My doctor also said that it was above normal. I want to know from the experts as to what is normal blood pressure? Also tell me how to bring back my blood pressure to normal levels?
