Hello all! I am 30 years old and I want to discuss my problem with all of you. I have been having frequent neck pains and headaches for the last two months. My neck gets really bad when I wake-up in the morning. It gets stiffened and pains me on movement. My headaches are not all that frequent but they trouble me during the day. I want to know about the neck pain and headaches treatment?
