I am 21 years old and my problem is that I have a poor defence against viral diseases. I am very much prone to allergies during winters. From one week now I am having cold which has worsened in the last two days. My nose is completely congested and even my chest is congested. I am coughing a lot and having mild fecer for two days now. I want to recover as soon as possible and for that I want remedies which are tried and tested?
