I am 17 years of age. I am college going. I like to play football. I am a striker for my team. Yesterday we had a match with some other college. I was playing for my team. The match continued for complete 90 minutes and I had to play the entire length of the match. The match was quite tiring for me and from that time onwards I am having muscle ache all over my body especially in my thighs. I want to know the treatment for my muscle ache?
