I am here for my mother’s cause. She is 46 years old and she is a heart patient. She has suffered from one heart attack in her life. After the conventional treatment with vasodilators and diuretics had failed the doctor has come out with milrinone for her. I would like to know what is milrinone’s mechanism of action? Anybody used it before please let me know?
