As we all know that today its not easy to keep our self healthy because one gets in to trouble many times because of health not being fine. Can some one share few major health risk and the way to cure those health risks. I am sure there are many such health risk but i want to know about major ones. kindly share it so that we can keep our selves protected and away from health risk
