I am 21 years of age and I had a kissing session with my boyfriend two days back. Now I am having fatigue, illness, headache and sore-throat. I think I have been infected by mononucleosis. This is a very frustating disease as its a viral infection. It will take its own time before I get normal. I want to know how long is mono contagious? Also suggest some tried and tested methods for its management?
