Every spring I have to suffer from runny nose itchy throat sneezing every 3 seconds and watery red swelled itchy eyes. Is there anything I can do besides taking allergy medication? It’s more than just little sneezes. It happening quite regularly from last few years every spring and it’s really a hard time for me, fed up of taking medicines please suggest something? I will be thankful to you friends.
