My husband is 40 years old and recently he has been diagnosed with crohn’s disease. He was earlier encountering abdominal pain, diarrhea and weight loss. He has been prescribed a steroid drug and the doctor has asked him to take care of his diet. I would like to know as to what would be an ideal diet for crohn’s disease? I would like to know only the tried and tested recipes!
