Could you tell me something about ibs-c?

Well, I have been diagnosed with ibs-c. I don’t know what it is exactly. But I would like to share some symptoms with you. Actually, I have often felt giddiness and some times I feel like there is something stuck in my stomach. My menstrual cycle has not been normal since the past couple of months. Now there is a new symptom, heartburn. I don’t know why this is happening to me. Could you tell me about ibs-c? Please help me to treat it. Thanks a lot!
