Hello there! I am 32 years old and I am a long distance runner for my country. I have been a long distance runner for 3 years now. small niggles are a part of my sport but this time its different. I have a groin injury, a kind of a tear in my groin area which continuously gets radiated from my hip and buttocks. This I am thinking to be a hip flexor pain. I want to know the treatment for same?
