Hello to all! I am 48 years old and I am obese. I have this high cholesterol problem for 3 years now and I need a solution for it. I have tried a lot of dieting and exercises but none has worked for me so far. Now I want a change and I am serious this time to cut down on my cholesterol levels. My high density lipoproteins are lower than the low density ones and should be the other way around. I want to know the high cholesterol treatment?
