Hi! I am 34 years old and I am here for myself on this forum. Actually I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure recently. Earlier, I was facing headache, dizziness and blurred vision sometimes. I want the people to help me with my disease and suggest me some effective ways on how to lower high blood pressure? Anybody facing the same problem as I am who would like to share his/her experiences!
