Hello to all!I am 37 years old working for a bank.My job is a sitting job where most of the work is carried out by sitting at one place only.This has resulted in my lack of fitness and a negative impact on my health.I was carrying this hernia pain for one complete year now with pain killers the only option for me.Last month as my problems had compounded and the pain became unbearable so I decided to have my hernia operation.I want to know whats hernia surgery recovery time like?Is anyone else going through the same condition?
