My husband had hernia surgery last week. It was done through laparoscope. They had to repair the old one because his mesh had shrunk. He is very sore and having troubles getting around. Supposingly it was to take 7-10 days to recover. But it is taking longer than usual. He is also having severe some which is intermittent. I want to know about the actual hernia surgery recovery time? Which all pain killers can he use?
