I had to work in heat for continuous 8 hours without stopping for a minute and now I am dehydrated and feeling lousy as there was significant sweating, loss of color, cramps, fatigue, fainting and dizziness. So, can someone explain whether it is a heat stroke or heat exhaustion as I do not know the difference between the two. If someone has any experience with this please tell me also. A quick reply will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
