Am I within a healthy weight range?

I am 6ft, 18 years old I weigh 130 pounds. My weight always goes up and down from 120 to 130. I try to keep a good routine of eating better and my eating habits changed and from last few days I am taking up Exercise daily whenever I ask my friends guess how much I way they say I look 90 and I know they don’t lie. Please help me friends and tell am I at healthy weight range?
